RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return an item, you must initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days.

Some items may not be eligible for return—please read the details below before submitting your request.

Please note: Change-of-mind returns are not available for international orders outside of Australia and New Zealand.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS (No Discounts Applied)

Items purchased at full price—with no discount code used—are eligible for a refund, minus the original shipping cost we incurred to send the item to you. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• You must email us at info@hollidayandhome.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Your return must include proof of purchase.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, including any tags and packaging bags.

Once your return is approved, we will email you with return instructions and our return address.

⚠️ All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover, reimburse, or supply return labels for any returns.

Items must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of your return being approved. Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item or colour, please place a new order through the website.

Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method only.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for any returned items lost in transit, and such items cannot be refunded.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

ORDERS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE

If your order was placed using a discount code, it is not eligible for a refund. Instead, you will receive a store credit, valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
